Return & Refund Policy

This policy is provided by Lelisse LLC, the operator of the MySeiki brand. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right - effortlessly.
Our Commitment to You
At MySeiki, we believe self-care should feel simple. If your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition: Devices may be used lightly. All original components must be returned, including:
• 7 LED light massager
• Jade roller
• Fabric case
• Cleaning cloth
• Original Type-C charging cable
• User manual
• Packaging: All items must be placed back in the original MySeiki product box.
How to Return a MySeiki Product
Returning is simple:
1. Email us at: support@my-seiki.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label with instructions. You’ll receive your return label within 1–2 business days after we confirm your request.
3. Place all original items inside the MySeiki product box. This step is required for processing your return.
4. Then place the MySeiki box inside the original outer shipping box (if undamaged) or use another suitable shipping box.
5. Print the return label we sent you and attach it visibly to the outside of the shipping box.
6. Drop the package off at your nearest post office or USPS collection box.
Please Note: Return labels expire 21 days after they are issued. If your return is not shipped within this period, the return request will be considered closed, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment method.
• Return shipping is on us—you won’t be charged any fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t working properly:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue
• We’ll resolve it quickly with a refund or replacement—whichever works best for you
Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order, please reach out to us at: support@my-seiki.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
International Returns
We currently accept orders and returns within the United States only.
