Returns & Support

Can I return a product that’s been used?

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No! We provide a prepaid return label — just pack everything securely and drop it off at your local USPS location. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Order Concerns

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or not working?

Email us within 7 days of receiving your order, include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make sure to resolve it with a refund or replacement.

I forgot to use my coupon — can I apply it after my order?

Unfortunately, coupons must be applied at checkout and can’t be retroactively added.
